Do your products come with a warranty?

All the products we offer are branded and come with manufacturer guarantees. We would ask that you take note of the application (and where necessary the matching over laminating film) advice on each product page as well as the data sheet. If further confirmation is required please contact us on or refer to the manufacturers’ website.

Which payment options do you accept?

We offer various methods of payment including PayPal and Credit or Debit card. Both are secure and offer fully compliant with online transaction regulations.
Please note we do not accept American Express.

When will I receive my order?

Our online store offers next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery on all orders placed by 5pm Monday - Friday. If a standard service is selected your order can be with you anytime from 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday. If you have selected a premium timed delivery service our courier will work within the time guidance.

Please note timed deliveries start from 7.30am.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Once your order has been picked and prepared for delivery we will email you the online tracking information you will require.

What is your returns and refund policy?

If you wish to return goods because, we have supplied the wrong item(s) or the goods are faulty, your order was damaged in transit or you have ordered in error, our full policy and procedures can be found here.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you change your mind and wish to return goods by law we require the goods are at our place of business us on day 14 after the date your order was placed.  Our return address is

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed on line we would ask that you let us know as soon as possible, ideally before we have shipped the goods. We would ask that you contact us by email using your order number as a reference and state the reason you wish to cancel.

I have forgotten my username /password. Can I reset it?
