Returns Policy

Goods damaged in transit

We give extra care and attention to how are products are packaged so all parcels are inspected and leave our premises in perfect condition but on occasion damage can occur while in transit.  In the event you receive a damaged parcel we would ask that the item is signed for as damaged and Pyramid Display Materials is informed in writing within 5 working days. We also ask that you supply images of the damage so we can quickly arrange for a replacement item to be shipped (on our Mon-Fri standard courier, collection and delivery, service). If a customer fails to adhere to any of the above requirements we reserve the right to dispute any claim of damage.

Goods ordered in error

If you have ordered product(s) in error, - (and Pyramid Display Materials Limited have not slit/ altered the item(s) to your requirements) we are happy to refund an amount to your credit or debit card/ PayPal account. The refunded amount will be subject to both our 20% restocking fee and the costs incurred, by us, to ship your initial order. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your cost, unused and ideally in the original packaging or equivalent. Once we have received the goods, and are deemed to be in a saleable condition, your refund is issued within 14 days.  Please note if returned goods are received by Pyramid Display Materials and have been damaged or altered in any way we will reserve the right not to issue a refund.

We have shipped the wrong item(s)/ Faulty Goods

While we do everything we can to prevent picking errors on occasion they do happen. Please contact us within 48hrs of delivery and we will arrange for the correct items to be shipped (on our Mon-Fri standard courier service) and the incorrect items collected at no cost to you.

If you believe the product we have supplied is faulty contact us as soon as possible. We will require details of the fault and a sample of the product in question. 

Consequential Loss

While Pyramid Display Materials will deal with an error, delay, or damage to an order as outlined above, we do not accept any claims for direct or indirect consequential loss.

Redelivery

Where it has been identified that Pyramid must re-supply an order in part or in full we will ship these orders for delivery under our standard courier operation schedule, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. This service is subject to standard public holiday closures. If you require a more urgent delivery this can be arranged at your cost.
