The term Pyramid Display Limited or 'The Seller' refers to the owner of the website whose Head Office is located at Pyramid Display Materials Limited, Unit 5  Westpoint Enterprise Park, Clarence Avenue, Trafford Park, Manchester  M17 1QS. Our company is registered in England and Wales, our registration number is 2024809. The term 'The Buyer or User' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Ordering

All orders placed on this website by 5.00pm will be dispatched for a next working day delivery Monday – Friday excluding  Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.  Deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Out of Stock

The Seller has a large stockholding of our products but if a product is not in stock The Buyer will be contacted via e mail or telephone with an estimated delivery date.

Goods damaged in transit

The Seller pays extra care and attention as to how products are packaged and all parcels are inspected and leave our premises in perfect condition but on occasion damage can occur while in transit.  In the event The Buyer or User receives a damaged parcel The Seller would ask that the item is signed for as damaged by The Buyer or User and that The Seller is informed in writing within 5 working days. The Seller also asks that The Buyer or User supply images of the damage so The Seller can quickly arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. If The Buyer or User fails to adhere to any of the above requirements The Seller reserves the right to dispute any claim of damage.

Goods ordered in error

If The Buyer has ordered product(s) in error, - (and The Seller has not slit or otherwise modified the item(s) to The Buyers requirements) The Seller will  refund an amount to your card/ PayPal account once our 20% restocking fee and the cost of the original shipment has been deducted. It is The Buyer or User responsibility to return the goods to The Seller, at the Buyer or User cost, unused and ideally in the original packaging or equivalent. Goods must be received by the seller in a saleable condition. If goods are received by the seller that are not in a saleable condition due to damage or alteration in any way then the seller reserves the right not to issue a refund. Once The Seller has received the goods in a saleable condition a refund will issued within 14 days by The Seller. The original freight costs will not be refunded or credit given if the goods arrive back at with the Seller in an unsaleable condition.

The Seller has shipped the wrong item(s)/ Faulty Goods

While The Seller will do everything possible to prevent picking errors on occasion they do happen. Please contact The Seller within 48hrs of delivery and The Seller will arrange for the correct items to be shipped and the incorrect items collected at no cost to The Buyer or User.  The Seller will not be liable for any financial loss to the Buyer or User whether direct, indirect or consequential resulting from wrong or faulty items being supplied to the Buyer or User

If The Buyer or User believes the product The Seller has supplied is faulty, contact The Seller as soon as possible. The Seller will require details of the fault and a sample of the product in question. Replacement goods for incorrect items shipped or faulty goods will be shipped on a normal next day delivery, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Delivery of Go

The Seller will deliver the goods to the address provided by the Buyer or User. It is the Buyer or User responsibility to ensure that the goods can be received and signed for on the expected delivery day and at any time on that day. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver the goods if the Buyer or User has not adhered to this responsibility. If the Buyer or User is not available to receive the goods then the Seller does not guarantee to attempt a redelivery and the goods may be returned to the Seller at the Buyer or User’s expense.

VAT and Freight Charges 

All prices shown throughout the web site exclude freight costs and value added tax (VAT). These additional costs will be shown at the checkout stage on our web site prior to payment of any order being processed. 

Warranties

The Seller warrants that the goods are of satisfactory quality and that they comply with any description or specification supplied by The Seller.

The Seller gives no warranty that the goods are suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions, unless The Seller expressly warrantied the goods suitably in writing. 

If the Buyer or User alleges that goods fail to comply with the warranty given, it shall inform The Seller in writing, after The Seller has had reasonable time to investigate the problem and examine the material may: 

Replace the goods, or credit the Buyer or User with the purchase price of the goods and the original shipping costs accepting no liability of any kind to the Buyer or User in respect of any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by the Buyer or User. 

Goods shall not be returned without prior agreement between the Buyer or User and The Seller. No claim can be entertained after the goods have been altered, processed or printed on in any way.

Use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at the Buyer or User own risk, for which The Seller shall not be liable. It shall be The Buyer or User own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet The Buyers or User specific requirements.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to The Seller. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the Seller are acknowledged on the website.

Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

The Buyer or User may not create a link to this website from another website or document without prior written consent of The Seller.

Force Majeure

The performance of all contracts is subject to variation or cancellation by the Seller owing to any act of God, war, strikes, Government regulations or orders, national emergencies, lock-outs, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause (whether or not of a like nature) beyond the control of The Seller or owing to any inability by The Seller to procure materials or experiences an inability to deliver caused by such contingency.

Disputes

The Buyer or User use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England.
