Terms of Supply

1. Introduction

1.1 These are the terms of supply for products offered on www.pyramid-display.co.uk ("Site"). The Site is operated by Pyramid Display Materials Limited ("we", "us" and "our"). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 2024809, and our registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, England, EC4A 3TW. Our VAT registration number is 437 6652 26.

1.2 Your purchase of any of the products offered on the Site ("Products") is subject to these terms and by placing an order for any Product, you agree to be bound by them. Use of the Site itself is subject to our Website Terms of Use. Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

1.3 We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time by changing them on the Site, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us. These terms were last reviewed on 01.01.2026.

2. Ordering and availability

2.1 Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the "Pay Now" button on the checkout page. You may also order Products by telephone by contacting your local Pyramid store (see locations here) between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm or by emailing your local branch or sales@pyramid-display.co.uk.

2.2 After placing an order on our Site, you will receive an acknowledgment from us that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Product(s) ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the "Pay Now" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s). Where we accept your order, we will confirm such acceptance by marking your order as “Fulfilled” online or by sending you a confirmation that your order has been processed ("Order Confirmation"). The contract between you and us in relation to the Product(s) ordered ("Contract") will only be formed when we mark your order as Fulfilled on our Site or send you the Order Confirmation or confirm in writing via Email.

2.3 The Contract will relate only to the Product(s) which have been confirmed in the Order Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Product(s) which may have been part of your order until such Product(s) have been confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation.

2.4 Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to carry sufficient stock, if your order includes any Product(s) not available from stock or which have been discontinued, we may substitute appropriate similar Product(s) which we will select to meet your requirements. If we substitute items, we will notify you of this.

3. Delivery or collection

3.1 For orders submitted before 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), we will aim to dispatch and deliver on the next working day (Monday to Friday), unless there are exceptional circumstances outside of our control. Where Products have been customised, there may be a slightly longer delivery time.

3.2 Your order will be delivered to the delivery address within the UK that you specify when placing your order. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK. Please note that if a courier is used, deliveries may need to be signed for.

3.3 If you opt to collect your order, we recommend that you include a collection time that is at least 1 hour in advance so that the warehouse team have enough time to fulfil it. Please include collection instructions and a pick-up time in the "delivery/pickup instructions” box at checkout. All collections must be after 10am and before 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

3.4 We do not charge a delivery fee for standard, non-time specific deliveries in our own vehicles, but please note that if your delivery address is geographically remote, for example in an isolated location, or is outside of our standard delivery radius, it is possible that there will be delivery charges applied or we may not be able to deliver the Product(s). If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order.

3.5 Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

3.6 Deliveries will be made to your door. Our courier will not be responsible for any additional carrying, unpacking or positioning of Product(s). If you order a large, heavy or bulky Product(s), you should check carefully, before ordering, that its dimensions (allowing for packaging) will allow it to pass freely through the doorways, corridors and if, relevant, stairways of the delivery address.

4. Risk and ownership

The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), has been received.

5. Price and payment

5.1 Unless agreed otherwise, the price of Products is as quoted on the Site which you can view by logging into your account here. A Minimum Order Fee of £10 will be applied to all orders under £100. If multiple orders under £100 are placed on the same day, the Minimum Order Fee will be applied to each order. Prices on the Site are exclusive of VAT and the Minimum Order Fee, which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you checkout your shopping cart.

5.2 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

5.3 The Site contains a large number of Products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

5.4 We will invoice you within two (2) days following delivery of the Product(s). Unless agreed otherwise, you will pay each invoice submitted by us within 30 days of receipt (the "Due Date").

We accept the following payment methods:

(a) To a bank account nominated in writing by us;

b) By cheque made payable to Pyramid Display Materials Limited; or

(c) Credit or debit card.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Please note that, for security reasons, the statement address for the credit or debit card you use to pay must be the same as the address on your account. Your credit or debit card order will be charged when the order is placed. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

5.5 If you fail to pay our invoice by the Due Date, we may charge interest on the overdue sum from the Due Date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest under this Clause 5.5 will accrue each day at 4% a year above the Bank of England's base rate.

6. Return and refund

6.1 You may cancel the Contract and receive a refund if you notify us as set out in Clause 6.2 within thirty (30) days of your receipt of our Order Confirmation. However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of customised and special-order Products.

6.2 To cancel the Contract, you must contact your local Pyramid store by telephone (see Clause 2.1), email us at enquiries@pyramid-display.co.uk or submit the contact form available at https://www.pyramid-display.co.uk/pages/contact. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it. Your cancellation is effective from the date you contact us.

6.3 To return the Product(s), you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if we have provided one) inside the parcel) and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail or, if the Product(s) are too bulky to return by mail, then by a suitable carrier, to your local Pyramid store (see Clause 2.1).

6.4 We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/dispatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to us, except in the case of items which we substitute if the precise Product(s) you order are not in stock.

6.5 We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the Product(s) to our returns address (see Clause 6.4). We will refund the price paid in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Product(s)), including the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

6.6 Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Product information

7.1 Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as colour, pattern and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.

7.2 Any information on the Site regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order (see Clause 11 ("Contacting us")).

8. Our Warranty for the Products

8.1 The Products are intended for use only in the UK. We do not warrant that the Products comply with the laws, regulations or standards outside the UK.

8.2 We provide a warranty that on delivery, the Products shall:

(a) subject to Clause 7 ("Product information"), conform with their description; and

(b) be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979); and

(c) be fit for any purpose held out by us.

8.3 Subject to Clause 8.4, if:

(a) you give us notice in writing within a reasonable time of discovery that some or all of the Product(s) do not comply with the warranty set out in Clause 8.2;

(b) we are given a reasonable opportunity of examining the Product(s); and

(c) we ask you to do so, you return the Product(s) to us at our cost, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product(s), or refund the price of the defective Product(s) in full.

8.4 We will not be liable for breach of the warranty set out in Clause 8.2 if:

(a) you make any further use of the Product(s) after giving notice to us under Clause 8.3;

(b) the defect arises as a result of us following any drawing, design or specification supplied by you;

(c) you alter or repair the Product(s) without our written consent;

(d) the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions; or

(e) the Product(s) differ from their description or specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

9. Our liability

9.1 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.

9.2 Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or other similar losses, and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any Contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant Product(s) and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

9.3 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under any Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. General

10.1 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another entity but will always notify you in writing or by posting on the Site if this happens. You may only assign or transfer your rights or your obligations under the Contract to another entity if we agree in writing.

10.2 All notices given by you to us must be given in writing to the email address/contact form set out at Clause 12 ("Contacting us"). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing an order.

10.3 If we fail to enforce any of our rights, that does not result in a waiver of that right. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain unaffected.

10.4 These terms may not be varied except with our express written consent.

10.5 These terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. We are required by law to advise you that Contracts may be concluded in the English language only and that no public filing requirements apply.

10.6 These terms shall be governed by English law and you agree that any dispute between you and us regarding these terms or any Contract will only be dealt with by the English courts.

2. Access to the Site

2.1 It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment (computer, laptop, netbook, tablet or other mobile device) meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site and is compatible with the Site.

2.2 We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us. You must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. If you choose, or you are provided with, a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your log-on ID and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or other security breach of which you become aware. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.

2.3 We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Site. There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, become unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension or withdrawal of the Site, or any features, parts or content of the Site.

3. What you are allowed to do

You may only use the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may retrieve and display content from the Site on a computer screen, print and copy individual pages and, subject to the next section, store such pages in electronic form. Additional terms may also apply to certain features, parts or content of the Site and, where they apply, will be displayed on-screen or accessible via a link.

4. What you are not allowed to do

4.1 Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to:

4.3 All rights granted to you under these terms and conditions will terminate immediately in the event that you are in breach of any of them.

All intellectual property rights in any content of the Site (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos) are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms and conditions gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Site. In the event you print off, copy or store pages from the Site (only as permitted by these terms and conditions), you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.

6. Content

6.1 We may change the format and content of the Site from time to time. You agree that your use of the Site is on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and at your sole risk.

6.2 Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on the Site (other than any user-generated content) is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed. You should check with us or the relevant information source before acting on any such information.

6.3 Except to the extent that our Terms of Supply apply, we make or give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any content of the Site and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded and we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else using the Site or relying on any of its content.

It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.

Where do we store your information?

Where your information is transferred outside the EEA, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is subject to appropriate safeguards, such as relying on a recognised legal adequacy mechanism, and that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

How we protect your information

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Payments made via our website are processed and managed by Shopify who is not part of Pyramid Display Materials Limited. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. When making payments over the phone, full payment card numbers are never stored on any of our systems and is only stored and processed by a payment card processing company approved by us. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Our website may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal data for as long as you have an account with us in order to meet our contractual obligations to you and for six years after that to identify any issues and resolve any legal proceedings. We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

Your rights

You have the right under certain circumstances:

to be provided with a copy of your personal data held by us;
to request the rectification or erasure of your personal data held by us;
