As Movember 2024 comes to a close, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to our incredible Pyramid Team! 🏃‍♂️👟 Whether it was growing a moustache, walking, or running, everyone stepped up to support the incredibly important cause of Men's Mental Health. 💙

This year, thanks to the dedication of our team, we’ve raised a total of £1,651! This is an amazing achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort and generosity shown by all.

A special thank you to our team captain, Tom Breslin, who also serves as our Vice President, for leading the charge and motivating everyone throughout the month.

Why Men’s Mental Health Matters?

Mental health affects everyone, but it’s particularly important to address the mental health challenges faced by men. Research shows that men are less likely to talk about their mental health, which can contribute to feelings of isolation, depression, and anxiety. Unfortunately, the stigma around men’s mental health remains strong, making it harder for many to seek the support they need.

Movember is dedicated to changing this. By raising awareness and encouraging open conversations, we help break down these barriers and promote a culture where men feel empowered to take care of their mental health. Initiatives like this month’s fundraising help raise much-needed funds for mental health services and promote vital support networks.

A huge thank you to everyone who grew, walked, ran, donated, and spread the word. Your support is making a real difference in raising awareness and breaking the stigma around men’s mental health.
