How do I register to your website?

1.  Go to the Pyramid Display website (https://www.pyramid-display.co.uk/account/register)

2.  Click on the head icon button located at the top right corner of the page. 

3.  Fill out the required information, including your name, email address, and password.

4.  Agree to the terms and conditions, and then click "Create Account" or "Register."

5.  You will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your account.

6.  Click the verification link to activate your account, and you're all set to start exploring Pyramid Display's products and services!

       If you encounter any issues during the account creation process, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Okay, I have registered for an account. What's next? 

Once you have registered, we will then begin to process your account which can take up to 24 working hours.


If you have not received account verification within 24hrs of registering for an account, then please contact  webordersuk@pyramid-display.co.uk.


In the rare case where your account may not match our trading terms, we will contact you immediately.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password do not panic! When you are at the login page there will be a small link of text saying “forgot the password?” 


If you click on this link you will then be asked to submit your email address. A member of our team will then send a password reset link to your email so that you can create a new password and start shopping again.

What are the cut off Times when placing an order?

We highly recommend that you place any of your orders before 5.00pm to make sure that our warehouse team has enough time to pick and pack your order for next day delivery. 


If an order is placed after 5pm you may not receive your order the following day.


Occasionally, we may need to have some of the stock that you require transferred from another branch which can alter your delivery date to the next working day.  This is because cut off times for branch transfers vary from 1.30pm to 4pm depending on the branch


In this case we would notify you so that you are aware of the situation.

Can I have more than one login?

Yes! Your company/business can have multiple logins as long as they are different email addresses.

Can I include cutting instructions for my order?

Yes! You can include cutting instructions for any sheets and we can also slit/ re-reel rolls down to requested sizes too. When adding cutting instructions for anything that needs to be cut on our bed saw, you must include a measurement of at least 145mm. Our saw blade is 5mm thick so this will be deducted off every cut on a job. some materials such as card, paper and thin PVC can all be cut on our guillotine and the blade for this is much thinner so it will not effect any of the cuts. All cutting instructions must be entered in a cutting instructions box under each product page. 


How long do refunds take to reach my bank account?

Refunds can take up to working 10 days to reach your bank account.


Are you open on weekends and bank holidays?

Unfortunately we are closed on weekends and bank holidays.  We are open every day Monday -to Friday and our lines are open from 8am – 6pm.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we are more than happy for customers to collect their orders. 


We recommend that you include a collection time that is at least 1 hour in advance of when you place the order so that the warehouse team have enough time to pick it.


If you wish to collect , please include collection instructions followed up by a pick up time  in "delivery/pickup instructions box" at checkout.


All collections must be after 10am and before 4pm.

How do I receive free shipping?

To get free shipping on your order you must reach the minimum purchase threshold: Add products to your cart until the total order value meets the specified minimum amount required for free shipping. The minimum threshold may vary depending on your location and the ongoing promotions.


For Pay as you go customers inside our standard delivery radius, you will be eligible for free shipping when you spend over £100 for your order.


If you fall outside of our standard delivery radius, we will need to send your order on a courier,  so you may be charged with a carriage fee if you spend under the minimum requirement. In this case we would contact you to take payment for the carriage costs.


For customers that are on Credit terms and are within our standard delivery radius, you will not be charged for delivery.

Can I get an invoice for my previous order?

yes, our web team can provide you with the appropriate invoice copies that you require.

My order has been processed with cutting instruction but I would like to change them if that’s okay?

Everybody makes mistakes, however if you ever encounter this situation the best thing to do you is to contact your allocated pyramid branch as soon as possible so that we can correct the instructions. 


If your order has already been cut provided by the your original instructions then you may still be charged.

How will I know if my order is out for delivery today?

To find out the delivery status for your order you must contact a member of staff from your allocated pyramid depot so that we can check the delivery status on our online tracker.



Can I get a sample for a product that you sell?”

Yes, our team can provide you with samples for a product with no extra charge. 


For our customer that fall outside of our standard delivery radius, all samples must be A4 size so that we can send them out free of charge Via Royal mail.


If you require any samples bigger than A4 and you fall outside of our standard delivery radius then you may be charged for carriage unless discussed. 

Can I have a price for an item?

Yes, we can provide you with the prices that you require. However, we will need to contact your allocated sales account holder to negotiate a price with you.


Alternatively, We can provide you with the contact details of your sales account holder or the details of the branch that is closest to you.

What is My Favourites?

The "My Favourites" section on Pyramid-display.co.uk is your personalized space to curate and save your preferred products for easy access and future reference. When you come across products that catch your eye or align with your specific needs, simply click the "Add to Favourites" button on the product page. By doing so, these selected items will be conveniently stored in your "My Favourites" section located on the top right of your screen.


This feature serves as a time-saving tool, allowing you to quickly revisit and compare your preferred products without having to search for them all over again. 



where can I find a data sheet for a product?

No problems! We keep the majority of our data sheets at the bottom of each product page as shown in the video below.


If there is a product that you require a data sheet for that is not available on our website, then please contact a member of our team and we will be happy to source one for you.
